Very! The bottoms are made with a soft, flexible material to better match the natural curve of your nail bed. Our initial design skews toward a flatter, more standard C-shape. If the launch goes well, we plan to introduce variations to accommodate different curvatures and nail types.

Yes! The top nails are designed to last through multiple wears and can be mixed and matched across different sets. The bottom nails are more flexible and intended to be swapped out more often, but with proper care, they may also be reused.

We’ll be conducting official lab testing during first production to confirm exactly how many wear cycles they can withstand. In our preliminary prototype testing, using the same material but a different manufacturing method, the nails were clicked on and off up to 1,000 times and still remained usable, even with minor prototype imperfections.

While we can’t make an exact claim until we have certified test data, we’re confident they can handle multiple wear cycles and last well beyond what’s typical for press-on nails.

Yes, that’s part of the intended functionality of our system! They’re designed to be no-maintenance and easy to keep hygienic as there are no tight crevices where debris can build up, so regular handwashing is all you need.

In terms of comfort and appearance, they do take a little getting used to. They’re not bulky, but you will notice them. Most people find they don’t get caught in hair or feel bothersome at all during normal wear, but they can very occasionally snag on things like crocheted blankets or sweaters.

We’ve engineered them to be as thin as possible while still being durable and manufacturable.

Based on the materials selection we're planning on for production, soaking in acetone or Dremel abrasion will be recommended! We'd recommend to take a long, hot bath/shower to get your nails softened a bit first or to soak them in warm water, then removal is more gentle afterwards, protecting your nail health.

We work with a trusted 3PL partner that ships via DHL to over 220 countries and territories. We will ship to any location on DHL’s service list. All orders will be sent Duties Paid (DDP) to reduce the risk of your reward being held or rejected at customs.

After the campaign, you’ll receive a backer survey with full details on VAT, duties, fees, taxes, and shipping costs for your reward. Because our nails are lightweight and compact compared to bulkier items, DHL is an ideal choice for fast, reliable international delivery.

If the shipping status of your country changes (for example, due to war, natural disaster, or other major disruptions) before your reward is sent, we will issue a full refund.

Just as importantly, we’ve built out our plan with guidance from seasoned professionals in sourcing, fulfillment, and branding. Rather than assume we have all the answers, we’ve built this business by asking the right questions and surrounding ourselves with people who know what it takes to launch successfully.

Yes, and this has been central to how we operate. Engineers with experience building products for Adidas helped us refine the geometry and tolerances of our design. Marketers with experience working for brands like FedEx helped sharpen our messaging. We’re partnered with a logistics advisor who runs a global supply chain company and ships containers full of product internationally every month. For reward fulfillment, we are using a Third Party Logistics (3PL) to ensure every reward is shipped with speed, accuracy, and at the best cost for you.
